About Us
In 2016 I took a break from my corporate career and spent the summer doing the 2 things I love most: making gelato and surrounding myself with dogs. So I bought a gelato cart, took it to the local dog park and started selling the gelatos I had been making for my own two dogs.
The dogs in the park loved it, their humans loved how their dogs loved it and after a few weeks dogs were making a beeline for my cart. Dog parents were inquiring how they could get more gelato for their dogs after summer was over. So, I had a decision to make….
Back to corporate or go after this “doggy gelato business”? I did some serious pondering and decided this was my now or never moment to pursue my true passion. I upgraded my tiny gelato machine to my first professional gelato machine and moved my operations from my kitchen to the garage.
As demand kept growing, the entire house was soon taken over by coconut milk cans, freezers, fridges, gelato machines and boxes with cups or lids. It became clear I needed a facility where I could have a team, a bigger set up and some serious storage.
